Unfortunately what many consider Corbusier's crowning achievement is falling into disrepair and being stripped of all things Corbusier. Even a manhole cover fetched $21,000 on the international market. Go see it while you still can. The Chandigarh administration is seeking World Heritage Site status from UNESCO.
